| Effective December 14, 2005 Arrow Pneumatics sold the compressed air dryer division, to a New Jersey based Corporation. The compressed air dryers division, (Refrigerated, Regenerative, and Dehumidifiers) will be incorporated into the "McIntire Air Systems Division" of Steinen manufacturing. |
