The 50-mesh self-cleaning stainless steel screen provides durable airflow diffusion while helping resist buildup that could restrict exhaust flow. Unlike traditional sintered bronze mufflers, the screen-style design provides an economical solution for pneumatic exhaust noise control while supporting consistent venting.
Built with a lightweight glass-filled nylon housing, the muffler measures approximately 3-35/64" in overall length and 1-1/4" in diameter. Featuring a standard 1/2" NPT connection, it installs directly into compatible pneumatic exhaust ports. The muffler is rated for pressures up to 150 PSI and operating temperatures from 35°F to 120°F.
