Improve pneumatic exhaust air quality while reducing discharge noise with this 1/4" NPT Male Super Quiet Flow Reclassifier/Muffler. Designed for compressed-air exhaust applications, the unit combines exhaust silencing with coalescing filtration, helping control both pneumatic exhaust noise and airborne oil mist released from lubricated pneumatic equipment.
The integrated coalescing element treats exhausted air by capturing fine oil mist, reducing exhausted oil mist concentration to 0.015 PPM. Separated oil collects within the integrated 0.5 oz reservoir, helping contain lubricant that would otherwise be discharged into the surrounding work environment.
Designed to handle airflow up to 160 SCFM, the reclassifier/muffler features a 1/4" NPT male connection, measures 3-1/8" in overall length and 1-5/8" wide, and is rated for pressures up to 300 PSI. With a maximum operating temperature of 160°F, it provides a compact exhaust treatment solution for compatible pneumatic valves, cylinders, air tools, and other lubricated compressed-air equipment.
