This 5-stage disposable cartridge system is equipped with color-changing silica beads that shift from blue to pink when saturated, giving operators a clear, instant visual cue that it’s time to replace the cartridge.
The system lowers the dew point to -40°F, eliminating water vapor and significantly reducing the chances of condensation in air tools and systems. An integrated activated charcoal stage removes oil vapors, eliminating the need for an additional oil-removing filter, while a 40 micron sintered bronze filter element captures particulates and desiccant dust for extra protection.
With a maximum flow rate of 30 SCFM and a 120 PSI max operating pressure, this unit is perfect for air dryers in painting, automation, and precision applications.
