Control exhaust airflow while reducing pneumatic system noise with this 1/2" NPT Adjustable Sintered Bronze Speed Control Muffler. Designed for installation on the exhaust ports of pneumatic air valves, it combines adjustable airflow control, exhaust noise reduction, and filtration in one durable component.
The integrated adjustment provides infinitely variable metering of exhaust airflow, allowing operators to fine-tune airflow and control pneumatic cylinder or actuator speed for the application. The 40-micron sintered bronze filter element diffuses discharged air to help reduce exhaust noise while delivering reliable performance in demanding pneumatic environments.
Designed for higher-flow applications, the muffler supports up to 60 SCFM maximum adjustable flow and 300 PSI maximum pressure, with a broad 35°F to 300°F operating temperature range. Its design features a 7/8" hex and measures approximately 2" high when fully open.
