Control exhaust airflow while reducing pneumatic system noise with this 1/8" NPT Adjustable Sintered Bronze Speed Control Muffler. Designed for installation on the exhaust ports of pneumatic air valves and tools, it combines adjustable airflow control, exhaust noise reduction, and filtration in one compact component.
The integrated adjustment screw provides infinitely variable metering of exhaust airflow, allowing operators to fine-tune air flow and control pneumatic actuator or cylinder speed for the application. The 40-micron sintered bronze filter element diffuses exhaust air to help reduce discharge noise while providing durable performance in demanding pneumatic environments.
Built for strength and reliable operation, the muffler supports up to 20 SCFM maximum adjustable flow and 300 PSI maximum pressure, with a broad 35°F to 300°F operating temperature range. Its compact design features a 1/2" hex and measures approximately 1-5/16" high when fully open.
